If your term already has customer bookings and you need to make changes, such as updating the start date, changing the time, or moving a session to a different location, you don't need to create a new term.
Instead, you can update the existing sessions while keeping all current bookings intact.
How to Update a Session
Go to Listings and open your term.
Click Availability.
Select the term you want to edit.
Find the session you wish to update.
Click the three-dot (⋮) menu next to the session.
Select Update Time/Location.
From here, you can update the:
Session date
Start and end time
Location
Once you've made your changes, save them.
Notify Existing Customers
When updating a session, you'll have the option to notify customers who are already booked onto that session.
This ensures everyone is informed about any changes to the date, time, or location, helping to avoid confusion and missed sessions.
