The Calendar gives you a complete overview of your activities and bookings, making it easy to manage your schedule from one place.
Open the Calendar
From the left-hand navigation menu, click Calendar.
By default, the calendar opens in Week view, but you can switch between different layouts using the view selector at the top.
Available views:
Timeline – View activities in chronological order.
Day – Focus on a single day's schedule.
Week – See your weekly timetable.
Month – Get an overview of the entire month.
Navigate Between Dates
Use the Previous and Next arrows to move through days, weeks, or months depending on your selected view.
To view previous classes in the Calendar, simply click on the date at the top of the page (for example, Monday 3 August).
This will open a date picker where you can select any previous date.
You can also use Today to instantly return to the current date.
Calendar Settings
Click the Settings icon in the Calendar to customise how your calendar is displayed. Settings are organised into three tabs: Colors, Display, and Storage.
Colors
The Colors tab lets you customise the colours used for your calendar.
You can assign different colours to each listing, making it easier to distinguish between activities, classes, appointments, or services at a glance. Any colour changes are reflected across your calendar views to help you quickly identify sessions.
Display
The Display tab lets you control which information appears in your calendar and how sessions are shown.
Session appearance
You can:
Show or hide cancelled sessions.
Fade past sessions once they have finished.
Session cards
Choose what information is displayed on each session card, including:
Location
Tutor/Instructor name
Availability (remaining spaces)
Status badges (such as Cancelled or Early Access)
Availability
Enable Show availability slots to display appointm ent availability windows across all calendar views.
Expandable rows
Turn on Expandable rows to open session details in a modal instead of navigating to a new page.
Week & multi-day views
For Week and Multi-Day views, you can:
Automatically scroll to the first session of the day.
Highlight empty time slots.
Day view attendees
Choose which attendee details appear in the Day view, including:
Email
Phone number
Guest count
Ticket type
Checked-in status
Booking form answers
Note: Attendee names are always displayed.
Mobile settings
Enable Use different settings for mobile to configure a separate calendar layout for mobile devices.
Storage
The Storage tab lets you choose where your calendar preferences are saved.
You can:
Save locally – Settings are stored only in your current browser and device.
Sync to business – Settings are saved to your business account and shared with your team.
If you've saved business-wide settings, select Load settings from business to replace your local settings with the shared configuration.
