Overview

The Overview page gives you a quick snapshot of how your business is performing. From one place, you can see key figures such as revenue, bookings, new customers, sessions, waiting list activity, and occupancy, as well as your most recent sales and reviews.

Key metrics

At the top of the Overview page, you'll find a summary of your latest activity.

Revenue

See how much revenue you've generated so far this week. Select the Revenue figure to open the full income and revenue breakdown.

Bookings

See the number of bookings made so far this week, along with a comparison against the same point last week.

Select Bookings to view your booking list and access individual booking details.

New customers

See how many new customers you've gained so far this week.

Select New customers to open your customer list.

Sessions

See the number of sessions taking place this week, with a comparison against the number of classes from last week.

Select Sessions to open your calendar.

Waiting list joins

See how many customers have joined a waiting list so far this week.

Select Waiting list joins to view your waiting lists.

Occupancy

See the current occupancy rate across your sessions, with a comparison against last week's classes.

Select Occupancy to open your calendar and review your sessions.

Recent sales

The Recent sales section shows your latest bookings, including:

  • Booking date

  • Session or class

  • Session time

  • Customer name

  • Number of places booked

Select See booking details to open the full booking.

You can also select View all to see your complete list of bookings.

Recent reviews

The Recent reviews section gives you quick access to your latest customer reviews.

Select View to open your full reviews page and see the feedback customers have left for your business.

Using the Overview page

The Overview page is designed to give you a quick understanding of your business activity without needing to check each section individually. Use the figures and comparisons to monitor your weekly performance, then select any metric to explore the relevant area in more detail.
