A Bundle Booking is a way customers can book a number of group sessions for your event in one transaction, and by doing so, receive a discount per event. It's a great way to get regulars and really work on building the skill of your customers.
Important Update: Bundle Bookings are now available for online events as well, expanding your options for engaging with customers remotely.
How to add your Bundle Booking availability
Go to the Baluu Dashboard and select the 'Services' tab and select 'Listings.'
A new page will open with all the event listings. Scroll to the event which you would like to add the bundle for and select the 'Manage' button.
3. A new window will open within the Manage tab, please go to the 'Tickets & Pricing' section and click on the 'Manage Tickets' button.
4. A new page will open, scroll to the 'Bundles section. Click on 'Manage Bundles'.
5. A new window will open to the Bundles setting page; click 'Create Bundle'.
6. A new page will open with a form. Please fill in all the required fields. Once you have done so, click on 'Create Bundle'.
7. A confirmation message will appear indicating that your new bundle has been created.
8. Make sure to toggle 'Show Bundles on your Event Page' so that they are bookable.
*IMPORTANT*
A Bundle Booking option can only be added to a event with regular dates added. This is so customers can select their bundle dates from your list of regular dates, and attend as part of a group event. We recommend adding at least 3 months worth of regular dates before adding Bundle Booking options
Bundle Bookings are currently not available via private session.

You can add multiple options per event (e.g. a 5 session block booking at price X, and a 10 session block booking at price Y). Prices are set pp per Bundle. Once saved, they will automatically show up as bookable options for customers on your events page.
You will also be asked to set an expiry date for when customers must have selected all dates as part of their Bundle. Please note, the dates they choose can be in the future past expiry, but only need to be confirmed before expiry.
When booking, customers can select as many of the dates they would like, with a minimum of the first date in the Bundle. They will then be directed to select their remaining dates via their Bookings page post payment.

You will receive an email confirming the dates they have initially chosen, and an email every time more dates are selected. Like any regular booking, the customer will show in your Timetable on the dates they've selected, with a badge to show which session the date is as part of their bundle (e.g. "2 out of 6 sessions").
