On the Baluu platform, you have the flexibility to modify the expiry date of a bundle for your customers and adjust session numbers. Follow these simple steps to ensure your customer's booking remains up-to-date:
1. Navigate to 'People' and select 'Customers'
2. Use the search function to find the customer whose bundle expiry date or number of sessions you want to adjust.
3. Select the customer from the search results and click on 'View' to access the customer's booking details.
4. Under the 'Purchases' section, you'll find a list of bookings for this person. Locate the specific booking you want to edit, click on the three-dot settings button, and select 'View Purchase.'
5. You will see the booking details. In the right corner, click the three-dot settings button again and select 'Edit Bundle Details.'
6. Edit the expiry date or the number of total sessions, and don't forget to click 'Save Changes' to apply them.
