You can now connect your Baluu timetable with Google Calendar. At the moment, we are currently syncing with Google Calendar. Please follow these simple steps to get the optimal Baluu timetable experience.
Go to the '3rd Party Integration' section in the Dashboard.
2. Click the 'New' button to start setting up your Google Calendar connection.
3. In the 'Select Action' section, select 'Google Calendar' as the app you want to integrate.
4. Choose 'Create Event'
5. Select 'Add New Account' and log in with your Google credentials.
6. Click 'Save'
What will show up on my Calendar?
When you sync your event for the first time it will sync all events that you have in the future at that point in time.
All your upcoming, regular timetabled events will be synced to Google calendar. However, at the moment, we will not sync any of the following event types:
Private Events
Private Sessions
What happens if I delete or change one of my timetabled events on Baluu?
When you delete, cancel or reschedule one of your timetabled events the changes will be reflected in your calendar within a few hours.
What happens if I delete or change one of my timetabled events on my calendar?
Our integration is one-way, meaning that changes made on your Baluu timetable are reflected on your calendar however if you were to then delete or make changes to that event on your calendar this will NOT change on your Baluu timetable.
How do I stop syncing my events?
Un-syncing your events will not remove your historically added events from your calendar, so if you un-sync and then resync you may experience some events being duplicated in your calendar.
