Hopefully your bookings will come flying in straight away, and when they do it's always really exciting.
When a Baluu customer books one of your events, you will receive an automated notification via email like this:
When you receive this, please click "Respond to this booking" to be directed to your dashboard, where you can either confirm or reject your booking.
IMPORTANT: You must try and reply to these emails immediately. We all know customers don't like being kept in the dark, so it is always much better to get the admin done quickly and efficiently so the customer has a great time and writes you an amazing review.
When you click the button, you will be redirected to your dashboard where you will see something like this:
If you can confirm the booking, please click "Confirm".
However, if any of the details of the event are incorrect (i.e. start time, location, duration etc.) or you are unable to accept the booking please click "Cancel" and provide the reason why the booking needs to be rejected.
Alternatively, you can automatically accept bookings by following these steps:
1. Go to the 'Service' section.
2. Click on 'Settings'.
3. Select 'Notifications'.
4. Choose the option 'Automatically confirm new bookings'.
