Cancelling an event on Baluu is simple, all you have to do is follow these easy steps and then you have cancelled your event.

1. Go to the Baluu Dashboard and select on the 'Timetable' tab.
2. A new page will open with all the event sessions. Scroll to the event session which you would like to cancel and then select the 3 dot menu on the top right corner. Then select 'Cancel session' from the drop down menu.
3. A cancellation form will appear. Please fill in the cancellation message you would like your attendees to receive. This message goes directly in a cancellation email to the customer, so please make sure your message is clear, apologetic and encourages them to reschedule rather than request a refund. Once you have completed your message click on the 'Submit Cancellation' button.
4. A new confirmation window will appear confirming that the event session has been cancelled.
