You can add early access to most of your events or sessions! This means that only customers with a unique link will be able to access them.
Bear in mind, you cannot make terms early access.
From your Dashboard, head to 'Services', then 'Listings'.
From here, you can either 'Add new ' or view 'All'. For the purposes of this article, we are going to add early access sessions to an already existing event!
Press 'Manage' on the listing tile that you want to add the dates to. You'll see the screen below.
Head to 'Availability' on the top bar.
Once in 'Availability', press 'Fixed Dates' then Add Session/Add Recurring Sessions/Add Course Dates, depending on your event type.
In this example, we'll just add one session.
Fill out all the information as usual.
But make sure, at the bottom of the page, under 'Availability', that the 'This session is early access' switch is toggled on.
Press 'Add Session'. This is what it looks like in your Timetable.
Now, back on your management screen, you will be able to see in the bottom right of the screen, a box called 'Early Access'.
Now you can copy that link and send it to whoever you want to be able to see and book onto the Early Access Event!
