This article will explain everything you need to know about all the information that can be found on your pay-outs page.
To find this page, on your Dashboard, head to the bottom of the list on the left and click on 'Income', then 'Payouts'.
You'll be able to see the following page.
There are lots of ways you can use this page!
First, click the three-dot menu in the top right corner to download your payouts as a CSV file — or view them directly in Stripe.
Moving down, you can search for a particular payout by the reference number, filter by the payment status and date, or choose the display order of your results.
You can also select multiple payouts using the select feature.
To view an individual pay-out in more detail, click on it!
This gives you every detail about your payout:
Product Name
Date
Buyer Name
User Charged (Before any discount or payment processing fee)
Any discount from a code
The net sale (after discount)
The number of units/tickets you sold
The platform fee
Commission used +VAT
You can also see when the pay-out was initiated and when it is due to arrive in your bank account.
