How to collect customer postcodes at checkout

Use our checkout prompts to collect a customer's location

If your business is mobile, or the location is dependent on the customer, this information may be useful for you.

When you are adding availability to your session, leave the location as 'Anywhere (Guest's

preference)'.

Then, save the date, after which you will see the management screen.

Click on the Checkout Prompts tile. For more information on these, head here.

Add questions like the ones above. Press Save Changes.

They'll look something like this, in the Ticket Selection stage of the checkout process. Customers must complete them before they can check out.
