Methods of Payment

BananaThai offers various payment methods for your convenience:

  1. Credit/debit card via Stripe

    • Payment Currency: your current currency

    • We will send you an invoice together with a payment link.

    • Stripe is the largest private fintech company.

  2. PayPal

    • Payment Currency: USD to SGD.

    • Additional Fee: Add a 5% transaction fee for international payments.

  3. Bank Transfer (Thai Bank)

    • Bank Name: Kasikorn Bank PCL

    • Payment Currency: Thai Baht (THB)

    • Additional Fee: Add a 5% transaction fee for international payments.

Terms of Payment

  1. Trial Lesson

    • A payment of 500 baht is required to confirm the trial lesson. This must be made at least 2 days before the scheduled lesson. No refunds are available for trial lessons.

  2. Private 1-on-1 Lesson Packages

    • Full payment for lesson packages must be made within 2 days to confirm the reserved time slot. Failure to make payment within this timeframe will result in the time slot being released. No refunds are available for private lesson packages.

  3. Group Lessons

    • Full payment is required at the time of enrollment. Payment must be completed no later than 3 days before the class begins. No refunds are available for group lesson packages.
