The information displayed on the BarracudaONE Home page depends on whether you:
have multiple accounts in your profile, and
whether you are viewing All accounts or have chosen an account.
If you have multiple accounts and have chosen one, you see The Home page - Account selected.
To navigate to the Home page with all accounts selected
To view the Home page with all accounts selected, in the left navigation, click Home
.
On the Home page, click the account switcher at the top of the page, in the center
.
Select All accounts.
You will see the following page:
Lets you chose an account to display. For more information, see Switching accounts.
Click to go to the Alerts page. For more information, see Using the Alerts page.
Click to go to one of the Reports pages. For more information, see Generating and exporting reports, Scheduling reports, and Customizing reports with logos.
Click to go to one of the MSP pages. For more information, see Using the MSP Accounts page and Using the MSP Billing page.
Click to view all alerts. For more information, see Using the Alerts page.
Displays the number of alerts in the previous month. Hover your cursor over the graph for more information.
Displays a list of alerts. More urgent alerts are displayed with a red background, at the top of the list.
Click to navigate to the alert in the application that reported it. For more information, see Remediating alerts from the Dashboard.
Displays a chart showing the applications activated and the applications set up by account. Hover your cursor over a data point for more information.
Displays the accounts that require set up for applications. Click for more information on which applications require set up.
Click to get started setting up an application.
Lets you search the Product Information table. For more information, see Searching and filtering product Information on the Dashboard.
Lets you filter the Product information table. To filter the table by one or more statuses, click one or more status buttons. To clear the filter, click the status button again. For more information, see Searching and filtering product Information on the Dashboard.
Shows the account name.
Shows the name of the product.
Displays the status of the product for that account and the number of products with that status. Possible statuses are:
Not activated-You have either not purchased this product or you have purchased this product and the product hasn't been activated. To find out more about the product, click the status, then click Contact Sales at the bottom of the product slideout. To activate the product, click the status, then click Manage licenses at the bottom of the product slideout.
Needs setup-You have purchased this product, but need to complete setup for the product before it functions properly for this account. To set up the product, click the status, then click Setup at the bottom of the product slideout.
Functioning-You have purchased this product and it is activated, set up, and is functioning properly for this account. To open the product, click the status, then click Open at the bottom of the product slideout.
Warning- You have purchased this product and it is activated and set up, but it isn’t functioning properly for this account. To open the product, click the status, then click Open at the bottom of the product slideout.
Click to open your account settings in Barracuda Cloud Control.
Click to view account information and BarracudaONE version information. You can also log out of your account.
