How do I link my TriZetto account to Barti?

In Barti, go to Insurance → Claims, click the three-dot menu, and select Enter Trizetto Account. You'll be prompted to enter your Site ID and SFTP password. Admin access is required.

Who this is for: Barti administrators. The Enter Trizetto Account option is only visible to admin users.

Before you start, you'll need:

  • Admin access to Barti

  • Your TriZetto Site ID

  • Your TriZetto SFTP password (provided by your TriZetto implementation representative)

Note: Your SFTP password is different from the password you use to log into the TriZetto dashboard. If you don't have it, contact your TriZetto implementation rep.

Steps

  1. In the left navigation bar, click Insurance.

  2. Click Claims.

  3. Click the three-dot menu (⋯) in the top-right area of the Claims page, then select Enter Trizetto Account.

  1. Enter your Site ID and SFTP password when prompted.

  2. Click Save.

What you'll see when it works

Your TriZetto account is linked to Barti and claims can be submitted electronically through the TriZetto clearinghouse.

Troubleshooting

I don't see the Enter Trizetto Account option.

This option is only visible to Barti admin users. If you don't see it, ask your account administrator to complete this step.

I have an existing TriZetto account but was previously using a different practice management system.

TriZetto will need to update your Site ID to reflect the change to Barti. Reach out to the Barti team for help coordinating this before linking your account.

I don't know my SFTP password.

Your SFTP password is typically provided by your TriZetto implementation representative. If you can't locate it, contact TriZetto directly or see How do I reset my TriZetto SFTP password? once your account is set up.
