Before you start, you'll need:

Quick Action Buttons
The four buttons at the top of the dashboard give you fast access to the most common setup and optimization tasks.
Get Started walks you through the required steps to configure your Kno2 instance. Check each item off as you work through setup. Once all items are complete, the Setup complete button activates. After setup is finished, this button switches to New Features and Updates.
Receive walks you through the document sources you can configure to centralize incoming faxes into Kno2 Intake. Each section expands with guidance on optimizing your receiving workflow. Select Optimize receiving to access this page.
Send walks you through the available send methods for releasing patient documentation from Kno2. Each section expands with guidance on optimizing your sending workflow. Select Optimize sending to access this page.
Build Your Network lets you invite other providers and organizations to Kno2 so you can exchange documents with them electronically. Select Send an invite to access the form.
Message Statistics
Message Statistics summarize all sent, received, and failed fax messages for your organization over the last 14 days. The panel shows:
Total messages sent
Average message size
Number of attachments
Total message failures
You can also find all message events under Notifications → Message Events.
Recent Activity
Recent Activity lists all fax releases and their current status from the last 24 hours, across all users in your organization. Each row shows the date, subject, To and From addresses or fax numbers, and a status of sending, delivered, forwarded, replied, received, failed, or bounced.
To download a full activity report filtered by date, select the report icon on the right side of the Recent Activity grid. Use this report to review workflow patterns or support Meaningful Use attestation.
Admin vs. standard user view
Admins see the full dashboard including Message Statistics and organization-wide Recent Activity. Standard users see a simplified view.
