A confirmation banner appears at the top of the page and you're returned to the Released Grid, where the fax appears with a status of Sending.
Troubleshooting
The To or From fax number field is blank and I can't find the right number.
Your organization's fax numbers are configured by your Kno2 admin. If the numbers you need aren't available in the drop-down, contact your admin to confirm the correct fax number is set up. To add contacts to the address book for easier lookup, see How do I add contacts to my Kno2 address book?.
My fax shows a status of "Failed" in the Released Grid.
A failed status means Kno2 was unable to deliver the fax to the recipient. Check that the recipient's fax number is correct. If the number is correct and the fax continues to fail, contact support@kno2.com.
