Who this is for: All Barti users who manage provider schedules.
Steps
In the main menu, click Appointments.
Select Availability from the submenu.
Choose the provider whose availability you want to update.
Click Edit Availability.
Click the appointment slot you want to label.
Enter a label for the slot (e.g., Walk-ins only, New patients only).
Save.
Viewing availability labels on the calendar
Labels appear on the calendar in two views:
Staff view — labels for all providers are visible simultaneously.
Week view — filter the calendar to a specific provider to see that provider's labels.
