How do I add availability labels to my calendar in Barti?

In Appointments → Availability, click Edit Availability for a provider, select a time slot, and enter a label (e.g., "Walk-ins only"). Labels appear on the calendar in Staff view for all providers, or in Week view when filtered to a specific provider.

Steps

  1. In the main menu, click Appointments.

  2. Select Availability from the submenu.

  3. Choose the provider whose availability you want to update.

  4. Click Edit Availability.

  5. Click the appointment slot you want to label.

  6. Enter a label for the slot (e.g., Walk-ins only, New patients only).

  7. Save.


Viewing availability labels on the calendar

Labels appear on the calendar in two views:

  • Staff view — labels for all providers are visible simultaneously.

  • Week view — filter the calendar to a specific provider to see that provider's labels.
