About
Dash works usually right out of the box. You can immediately start adding Dash blocks in different contexts across your Moodle site. However, it is recommended to review and configure the global settings after installation before rolling out the plugin for general use. This helps ensure that only the necessary components are enabled and that their default behavior aligns with your specific requirements.
First steps with Dash
Follow these steps to begin building your custom interface:
Add a new dashboard – Navigate to the dashboard management area to create a custom page for your site.
Add a Dash block – Once your dashboard is created, add a Dash block to the page to begin displaying content.
Select a widget – Choose an available widget to display within the block. Widgets are ready-to-use, styled, and configured data sources that provide an appealing result with just two clicks.
Explore data sources – Once you feel comfortable using widgets, you can add raw data sources and configure them to meet your specific needs.
