How to link your financial accounts to Benjamin

Haven’t linked a card to Benjamin yet? You can earn a bonus by completing the ‘Link Account’ challenge, which you’ll find in your home feed.

You can also link accounts from the ‘Money’ tab:

  1. Go to the Money tab.

  2. Select Linked External Accounts.

  3. Tap Link Account.

  4. You’ll be directed to our secure partner, Plaid.

  5. Choose the account you want to authorize for transaction data.

  6. Follow the secure login process to enter your banking details.

  7. Enter your bank username and password to complete the connection. This will securely link your account to Benjamin.

That’s it! Your account is now securely linked, and you’re ready to enjoy all the benefits of Benjamin.

How many accounts you can link to Benjamin

There’s no limit to the number of accounts you can link to Benjamin—even if they’re from the same financial institution! Linking multiple accounts, including those from the same bank, allows you to maximize your cashback potential and ensures you’re covered on all your purchases.

Once you’ve linked your accounts, it may take up to 24 hours for them to be fully recognized in the system. Please wait until your accounts are fully linked before making purchases to ensure you receive cashback on your transactions.

How to remove linked financial accounts

If you need to remove a linked account from Benjamin, you can easily do so from the app:

  1. Go to the Money tab.

  2. Select Linked External Accounts.

  3. Choose the account you wish to remove and follow the prompts.

This will disconnect your selected bank account from Benjamin.
