Why it’s important to keep your profile information up-to-date
Keeping your profile information current is crucial for several reasons:
Communication and safety: Your name, email, and phone number are critical for Benjamin to contact you promptly regarding any account issues, security alerts, or transaction verifications. Accurate contact information allows us to reach you when it matters most.
Smooth KYC verifications: Keeping your profile information accurate is essential for KYC (Know Your Customer) verifications, which are required to confirm your identity and comply with banking regulations. Mismatched or outdated details can cause delays in verifying your account.
Update you contact information
Update your name and email address
Your name and email are essential for communication and identification within the Benjamin app. If you need to update either of these details, simply navigate to your Profile settings within the app.
Phone number
Your phone number is essential for your account’s security, identification, and recovery. It helps verify your identity and keep your account safe.
Because of that, it’s currently not possible to update your phone number.

How to delete your Benjamin account
We’re sorry to see you go, but if you’ve decided to delete your account, here’s how to do it:
Open the app and go to Profile.
Select Settings.
Scroll down and tap on Delete Account.
Please note that once your account is deleted, it cannot be recovered. All your account information, including any earned rewards, will be permanently deleted.
