Once you've created your vault, and you understand the purpose (for more information, see: What is my Digital Vault?), there are a few easy 'Wins' to check off straight away.
Note: By default, any data added to your vault is not visible to anyone until after the death verification process.
Complete the Data Requests By Your Provider
If you are not on your storage page, click on storage on the left hand side (1).
If you can't see your notifications, click on the little bell with the notification symbol (2).
In the notifications pane, you will see the data your provider has determined you should upload to your vault.
Simple click 'Add to Vault' to begin.
Add your Executors
To add your Executors to the vault, first navigate to the 'People' tab by clicking 'People' on the left hand side (1.)
Next, click on the executors box (2).
On this page, you can create new Executors (1) and also choose your law or firm if they are going to be your Executors (2).
To add your own Executor, click the 'Create Recipient' button, and enter their information in.
Be sure that the Executor toggle is green, as shown in the above image.
You can add as many Executors as are in your will.
Begin adding more data
Now that you've got some key data added to your vault, you can begin adding other important data you beleive your Executors will need access to.
Some good examples include:
Password Manager Access
Social Media Accounts
Important Legal Documents
Intellectual Property
Care instructions for Pets
You can also choose to create folders, and folder structures that make sense to you.
Adding data is as simple as:
a) You can drag files and folders into the vault from your computer
b) Using the 'Add New' button (1), and selecting the type of information you wish to add (2)
