What do the Analytics and ROI pages show?

Analytics overview

The Analytics page is Besty's dashboard for overseeing key metrics, including total revenue, messages, listings, and locks. It also shows current guest stays, the mood of a given guest, and your highest-spending guests. The dashboard tracks response time as well, whether messages are sent by Besty AI or by other users on your account.

Guest Sentiment (Experience tab)

Click the Experience tab inside Analytics to open a view of all your current and upcoming reservations. For each stay you can see:

  • Guest name, arrival, and departure dates

  • Mood — happy, neutral, or unhappy — and the reason behind it

  • Occasion — anniversary, family reunion, mountain biking trip, and so on

  • Any special notes

This information also appears inside the Inbox next to each conversation, giving your team context while messaging. For example, if a guest is there for a mountain biking trip, you can proactively suggest local trails.

Guest CRM

The Guest CRM surfaces your repeat and high-value guests. By default it shows guests who have stayed more than once, pulled from your last year of reservations. For each guest you can see:

  • Number of stays

  • Lifetime revenue

  • Upcoming bookings

  • Full stay history

Use this to identify and prioritize your most valuable guests. Filter options let you customize the minimum stay count and date range.

ROI

The ROI page shows a revenue breakdown from upsells, including booking boosters, early check-ins, late check-outs, custom upsells, and pre-sales. It has the following tabs:

  • To Do — where you manually charge guests for upsells if Stripe is not set up. If automatic upsells are turned off, this is also where you review and manually approve upsell requests.

  • Complete — where an upsell goes after it has been charged manually. It only appears here once you click Done from the To Do list.

  • Pre-Sales — pre-sale upsells.
