How do Broadcasts work?
Broadcasts let you send mass messages to guests. They're useful for situations such as local emergencies, security issues, or infrastructure failures.
You can configure a broadcast by:
Scope — all listings or a per-listing basis.
Owner statuses
Reservation status
Channel — how the broadcast is sent: PMS, OTA, SMS, or email.
Guest status
Broadcast messages can also include variables, so you can create custom messages per guest, listing, and so on.
