What Are Workflows?
Besty's automation workflows let you set up automated actions like sending review follow-up messages to guests after checkout. Workflows are configured in the Workflows section of your Besty dashboard.
Enabling a Workflow
Before any workflow can be turned on, it must pass a validation check. This ensures the workflow is properly configured and won't cause issues.
If the workflow passes validation: It can be activated immediately
If the workflow doesn't pass validation: It will need to be reviewed by the Besty engineering team before it can be enabled

Review Follow-Up Workflow
The review follow-up workflow automatically sends a message to guests after their stay encouraging them to leave a review. To enable this workflow:
Navigate to the Workflows page in your Besty dashboard
Find the Review Follow-Up workflow
Click to enable it — the system will run a validation check
If it passes, the workflow will activate immediately
If you encounter any issues, contact the team for assistance
Checking If a Workflow Is Live
Once enabled, your workflow will show as active on the Workflows page. If you're unsure whether a workflow is running correctly, contact us and we can confirm its status for you.
