What Are Cleaner Notifications?

Besty can automatically send notifications to your cleaning team or housekeeping staff when a guest checks out or when a cleaning is needed. This keeps your turnovers running smoothly without manual coordination.

Setting Up Cleaner Notifications

Cleaner notifications can be configured through your Besty dashboard:

  1. Navigate to the Settings or Workflows section of your Besty dashboard

  2. Look for Cleaner Notifications or Housekeeping Alerts

  3. Enter your cleaner's contact information (phone number for SMS or WhatsApp)

  4. Configure the timing — e.g., notify at checkout time or a set number of hours before the next check-in

  5. Save and activate the notification

What Information Is Sent to Cleaners?

The notification typically includes:

  • Property/listing name

  • Checkout time

  • Next check-in time

  • Any special cleaning notes
