Proof of Identity (ID) is unreadable / or has no expiry date
Proof of Address is unreadable / doesn't show all 4 corners / is older than 3 months
Proof of Payment is unreadable / doesn't show the transaction with us / doesn't show your name and account number / is older than 3 months
