If you find that your steps are not syncing with the BetterYou app on your iOS device, please try the following to reconnect:
1. Click into your Apple Health app
2. Tap on your Profile and locate the Privacy Section
3. Select BetterYou from your listed apps
4. Enable any Permissions that are toggled off
Note: BetterYou will appear here if Permission was asked. If it was not asked, you can go to the Steps page to be prompted again.
