How to manage Direct Sales orders and shipping
Select "View" on your Direct Sales form to manage orders after readers make purchases. You can review order details, filter orders, export order data, print order PDFs, manage shipping, and check stock needs.
View orders
Open Direct Sales.
Select the form.
Click on the Orders tab.
Review order numbers, customers, statuses, net amount, date, products, bundles, variants, messages, and notes.
Select an order to view more details.
The orders view includes status filters such as paid, partially paid, refunded, and canceled.
Export orders
Use the export tools when you need a spreadsheet for packing, shipping, order reconciliation, or offline review.
Export options include:
Detailed export with one row per item.
Compact export with one row per order.
Sorting by order number, first name, or last name.
For Direct Sales exports, the fulfillment date column is labeled Packed.
Print order PDFs
Open an order and download its PDF when you need a printable record of your orders. Large PDF exports may be processed in the background and emailed when ready.
Managing shipping
When shipping is enabled, use the Shipping tab to:
View shipping addresses.
Filter by shipping status or country.
Export shipping orders.
Select rows for bulk shipping updates.
Use Bulk Update Status.
Add or update tracking details where available.
Notify customers when shipping status changes.
Shipping statuses can include states such as pending, packed, shipped, delivered, or cancelled depending on the order.
Track stock and open carts
Use Stock Needed to see what needs to be packed or fulfilled from the form.
Use Open Carts to understand reader carts that have not completed checkout yet. Financial visibility can depend on team permissions.
