How to share a Direct Sales form
In the side bar, click on Direct Sales, then "View" on the order form.
Navigate to the Share tab, there you can access a link to the order form and links to individual products on the order form to share via email, social media, direct messages, newsletters, or your website.
Note: Individual product links can be used for:
Promoting a particular product or bundle.
A reader asking for a link to a specific item.
You want a campaign link to point directly to one product page.
You also will see QR codes (available in light, dark, and color) that you can use for table signs, bookmarks, event flyers, packaging inserts, posters, or reader handouts.
Sharing private forms
Private forms can still be shared by link or QR code. They are hidden from public pages and are not sent to followers automatically.
Use a private form link only with the audience that should be able to buy from that form.

Can I share a form before it is published?
Use "Preview" while you are reviewing the form, but share the reader-facing link only after the form is published and ready to accept orders.
Can I use QR codes for in-person payments?
Yes. For table sales, create a private Direct Sales form, set delivery to "Digital/Local Pickup" add pickup instructions, publish the form, and display the QR code.
Can readers buy from an individual product link?
Yes, if the form is published, the item is active on the form, and checkout requirements are met.
