Choose who can see your schedule

Set access for the whole schedule and choose public, attendee-only or private visibility for items.

There are two levels of access: who can open the schedule, and who can see each item within it.

Set access for the whole schedule

On Publish schedule, use Who can view. If a live schedule has no pending changes, use View history in its three-dot menu to open the publishing page, where access settings are available. Choose:

  • Anyone can view: make the schedule available publicly.

  • Only people with an order for this event: require the reader to qualify through an event order.

Save the access change using the publishing page's action. If Not saved yet. appears, selecting the option has not saved it.

Set visibility for an item

Open an item and choose Visibility:

  • Public: available to people who can view the schedule.

  • Attendees: only people with an order for this event.

  • Private: only you and your team.

The whole schedule's restriction still applies to its public items. A public item does not bypass an attendee-only schedule.

Map access is set separately on each map. Publishing or restricting your schedule does not publish or restrict the maps for you.

FAQ

Does “Attendees” mean everyone who says they are attending?

Access requires a confirmed order for the event. Readers need to sign in to the account connected to that order.

Can I publish a public program and keep staff activities private?

Yes. Choose Anyone can view for the schedule and Private for staff-only items.

Does a tag such as “VIP” control access?

No. Tags are labels, not access rules.

Why does my website embed show a locked schedule?

Embedded visitors are not signed in to Beventi. Use a public schedule with public items for a publicly viewable embed.
