Troubleshoot missing items and unpublished schedule changes

Diagnose missing sessions, outdated reader views and schedule access problems.

Start by checking whether the issue is in your working schedule or the version readers can see.

An item is missing in Event Manager

Clear search and active filters. Check the selected day, time range, room, type and tags. In More, check Hide cancelled and RSVP enabled only. A filter can hide an item without deleting it.

Try List if you were working in the grid. Check whether the item has moved to another day or is marked canceled.

Readers see an old time, room or description

Open publishing and review the pending changes. Save and publish the intended update. Use View as reader to check the published result.

If a reader is offline, their device may still show a previously loaded version. Ask them to reconnect and refresh to receive later changes. Publishing also does not send an email; check Broadcasts if the problem is a missing announcement.

Readers cannot open the schedule or see one session

Check whether the schedule is live, in draft, or awaiting a scheduled release. Then check Who can view and the item's Visibility. A private session stays team-only, and restricted readers may need to sign in with the account connected to their event order.

For a website embed, check public access and public items because embedded visitors are not signed in.

A save or load fails

Read the specific error and correct the indicated field. Retry a failed load rather than treating an empty screen as an empty schedule. After an uncertain save, reopen or reload the item to check its current details before creating a duplicate.
