Publish your schedule and manage updates

Release your program, publish later edits and take the schedule back to draft when needed.

Publishing makes your schedule available to readers. It does not send an email. Use Broadcasts separately when you want to tell readers about an important change.

Publish your program

  1. Open Schedule and choose Publish, or Publish changes for an update.

  2. Review the summary, schedule health and any changes grouped as Added, Edited, Removed or Cancelled.

  3. Check Who can view.

  4. Choose Publish schedule or Publish changes.

  5. Use View as reader to check the published result.

Readers keep the previous published item details while you prepare changes. You can save several edits and publish them together. If the health review offers Publish anyway, check the findings before continuing.

Tell readers separately

After publishing, choose Send an update to readers when that prompt appears, or open Broadcasts and choose Send an update. Publishing and sending an announcement are separate decisions.

Take the schedule back to draft

Open the schedule's three-dot menu, choose Unpublish, then confirm Move to draft. Readers lose access to the schedule; saved version history remains. Maps have separate Live controls and are not hidden by this action.

FAQ

Will each edit create a public update?

No. Save your item changes as you work, then publish when ready. Check the review list to see what is still pending.

Can I publish without sending an email?

Yes. No email is sent by publishing alone. Use Broadcasts only when the change warrants an announcement.

Where can I see previous versions?

Use View history in the schedule's three-dot menu. Opening an older version does not restore it as the current schedule.
