Check your schedule for clashes and missing details

Review schedule health findings, fix problems and manage dismissed warnings.

Schedule health helps you review your program before publishing. Open the health control from the schedule to see the findings and the items they affect.

Review the findings

The panel groups findings into errors, warnings and suggestions. Checks can flag:

  • Two sessions using the same room at overlapping times, or a person double-booked across sessions.

  • Missing types, missing rooms or an item linked to a room that is no longer available.

  • Items outside the event window.

  • An item capacity greater than the stated room capacity, when both values are set.

  • Sessions without an end time, and overlapping open-hours windows.

  • Registration opening after the first session on a day.

  • Panels, workshops or Q&A items with no host or participants.

The checks depend on the item's type and available information. An open-hours activity is assessed differently from a session with a fixed start.

  1. Open a finding and review its explanation.

  2. Follow the affected item to edit it.

  3. Correct the time, room, people or missing information.

  4. Save, then check the updated health results.

A clash may be intentional, such as drop-in activity alongside another session. Use the explanation and your event plan to decide what needs changing.

Dismiss an intentional warning

Use Dismiss for a warning or suggestion you have reviewed and accepted. Dismiss all applies to the open warnings and suggestions; errors cannot be dismissed.

Dismissed findings remain available in the panel. Restore a finding if you want it included in the open checks again.

FAQ

Do errors prevent publication?

The publish flow can offer Publish anyway after drawing your attention to errors. Review the affected sessions carefully before choosing this.

Does “No open issues” guarantee there are no problems?

It means there are no currently open findings. Check dismissed findings and review the program yourself, especially after major changes.

Why are the checks unavailable?

Retry when the health panel reports a loading problem. An unavailable result is not an all-clear.
