Select a session in the event schedule to open its details. The organizer controls the information available for each session.
What you can find
Depending on the session, its details can include:
The title, session type, time and description.
The room or location, and a street address with a directions link when supplied.
Hosts and other participants, their session roles and biographies.
Session photos.
Capacity information and an RSVP button when enabled.
Controls to save the session and add it to your calendar.
Select More under a biography to read the rest, and Less to collapse it.
Find the session on the venue map
If the room has a pin on an available venue map, choose Show on map beside the room name. Beventi opens the map at that room.
A room name does not always have a map pin. The link may be absent if the organizer has not mapped that room, its map is unavailable to you, or the map could not load. Embedded schedules on another website do not show this link.
A street-address directions link opens directions to that address. Show on map opens the organizer's venue plan.
Explore the people taking part
An author or vendor may have a Preorder, Browse Books or View profile link. These take you to their event preorder form or profile, depending on what is available.
A person can be listed in the program without a Beventi profile or preorder link. Their appearance in the schedule does not mean they are accepting orders.
FAQ
Why is there no address or directions link?
The organizer may have supplied only a room name, such as a room inside the main venue. Check the event's venue information or ask the organizer if you need directions.
Why does Browse Books appear instead of Preorder?
The linked form is not currently open for preorders. You can browse the linked page and check its current availability there.
Who should I contact about an incorrect time, room or speaker?
Contact the event organizer, who manages the published program. If a link or page is failing to open, contact Beventi support with the event, session and affected link.
