Even if you have lost your confirmation email, you can still access your purchases via your Beventi account.
Using the Beventi app
Ensure you are logged in to the Beventi account you made your purchase from.
In the bottom bar, the "Orders" tab can be found by clicking on the receipt icon just to the left of the Beventi icon.
You can then view all your orders in one list or filter them by event.
Using the Beventi website
Ensure you are logged in to the Beventi account you made your purchase from.
Click on your profile icon in the top right corner, the select "My Orders."
You can then view all your orders in one list or filter them by event.

I'd still like a new confirmation email, is it possible to receive another one?
Absolutely, simply reach out to our support team with your order number and we are happy to resend your order confirmation.
