Connecting Easyship to Beventi
Connect Easyship to show live carrier rates at checkout and buy shipping labels from Beventi. If Easyship does not appear under Integrations, the feature is not enabled for your account yet.
Before you start
Create or sign in to the Easyship account you want to use.
Make sure you can create API tokens in Easyship.
Decide whether you are connecting a sandbox account for testing or a production account for real shipments.
Ask the owner or an administrator of your Beventi seller profile to complete the connection.
Create an Easyship API token
Sign in to Easyship.
Open API & Webhooks.
Create an API token with access to rates, addresses, boxes, shipments, labels, batch writing/reading and webhooks.
Copy the complete token.
Keep the token private. Do not send it in email, chat or a support screenshot.
Connect the account in Beventi
In Beventi, open Integrations > Easyship.
Select Connect Easyship.
Paste the API token.
Select Connect.
Continue through setup to choose a ship-from address and preferred label size.
Beventi identifies sandbox and production tokens automatically. You do not need to choose the environment separately.
Choose a label size
Choose the paper size that matches how you normally print:
4 × 6 inches is recommended for thermal label printers.
A4 works with standard office printers and full sheets.
A5 works with half-sheet paper.
This becomes your default. You can change the size for an individual label or batch before purchase.
Test with an Easyship sandbox account
A sandbox token is useful while you are learning the flow. Sandbox rates, shipments and labels are test data and must not be used to fulfill real orders.
A practical test to try:
Connect the sandbox token.
Add a ship-from address and prepare one or two products.
Run a test quote to a known address.
Create a test order if your normal testing process allows it.
Check the label workflow without treating the result as a real shipment.
Disconnect the sandbox account and connect a production token before taking live orders.
Check the connection
The Easyship overview will show the following:
Whether the account is connected.
Whether it is a sandbox or production account.
The ship-from address in use.
Your default label size.
Saved packages and product-readiness shortcuts.
If Beventi shows Setup incomplete, open the item named on the overview and finish it before enabling live rates.
Disconnect or reconnect
Disconnecting stops new Easyship quotes and label purchases. Live profiles switch to their saved rates where valid backup rates exist. A shipping-required form with no valid backup can be closed to new orders, so review every affected form before disconnecting.
To use a different Easyship account, disconnect the current one, then connect the new token and review its addresses, packages and permissions.
FAQ
Can I connect more than one Easyship account?
No, one Easyship account is active for a seller profile at a time.
Does connecting Easyship turn on live rates everywhere?
No. Enable live rates separately on each order form or wholesale listing where you want to use them.
Are shipping labels included in Beventi fees?
No. Easyship charges label purchases to your Easyship wallet. Beventi shows the estimated amount before purchase and the billed amount after Easyship completes it.
Can I change from sandbox to production later?
Yes. Disconnect the sandbox token, connect a production token, then review your setup before accepting live orders.
