I have a reservation but the day of the experience is going to rain, can we move the booking?

In the event of a STORM (heavy rain) it is possible to move the experience subject to Starsbox availability within 10 days of the booked date.


I'm sick and I can't do the experience, can i ask for refund?

Refund can be issued if cancelled at least 7 days before the event, no last minute cancellation will be considered as refundable.


I would like to add extra service to my booking, who do I call to?

We will try to satisfy your request.

Please note that a few days' notice is strongly recommended


Forecast say that next week there will be bad weather, can I move my reservation?

How many times can I change my booking?

If you have booked, you are entitled to ONLY ONE CHANGE of booking, even in case of bad weather.


I need to reschedule my booking, how can I do?

If you need to move your reservation to another date, please contact us at +39 3338926204 and we will do it for you.

PLEASE NOTE:you can change your booking only once, after that you won't be able to do your experience and no refund will be issued.
