There are two ways to pick up bikes using the ‘bikeMi’ App: automatic assignment or QR code.
First, log in to the app and activate geolocation.
1) Automatic assignment:
approach the station;
select the station on the App map;
choose the type of bike you want to use and click on ‘Unlock bike’;
the app will indicate the number of the parking space from which to pick up the bike.
2) QR code on the frame:
on the app map, find the ‘Scan QR’ button;
frame the code, and the system will read the bike number;
if the bike is available for collection, it will be unlocked immediately..
Then remove the bike from the rack, quickly check the wheels and brakes, adjust the seat, and off you go!
Please note: If you notice a fault with the bike, return it within 3 minutes; you can immediately choose or request a new bike without waiting or additional costs.
Warning: If for some reason you are unable to pick up the bike by scanning the QR code, return to the map and try the automatic assignment mode from the station.
