When picking up an electric bike, it is always advisable to check the charge level before releasing it from the rack.
How do you check the battery charge?
Start the normal pickup procedure via ‘automatic assignment’ or by scanning the ‘QR code’.
Select the ‘Unlock bike’ function.
The system will assign a bike and indicate the dock where you can pick it up, also showing the battery charge level👇
To check the charge level, look at the LED located above the battery, at the bottom near the pedal.
Press the small button next to the LED: the LED will light up to indicate the charge status 👇
If you notice that the battery charge is insufficient for your needs (e.g., for a long journey), you can decide not to pick up the bike.
In this case, the system will cancel the trip, and within about a minute, you can request another bike at no additional cost.
If you have already picked up the bike, return it within 3 minutes: again, there will be no charge or waiting time to pick up another bike.
