Before starting to use the service or when near a return station, we recommend checking the interactive map to see the availability of parking spaces at the desired station or, alternatively, those in the area (see image below 👇): this will allow to know where to go and where to make the correct return.
From the moment of consulting the map to when you reach the destination, a variation is to be expected: during peak hours, station updates are constantly changing.
Also remember that often a short wait is all it takes for a space to become available when another subscriber picks up a bike.
If the station is full, it will be necessary to move to a bikeMi station that has space available. If there is only one free dock at the station but it is not working/is red, it will still be necessary to move to another station.
Please note: It is not permitted to lock the bike (or hold onto it) if the station is full or not working, as it must always be returned correctly to a station.
