How to report damage/malfunction/problem/fault involving a bike

When picking up a bike from the rack, check that everything is working properly. If there is any damage, return it immediately.

By returning the bike within 3 minutes of picking it up, it is possible to request another one immediately without waiting time or additional costs.

Damage report feature:

After returning the bike, select β€˜Report damage’ πŸ‘‡

Select the bike components on which you have encountered the malfunctionπŸ‘‡

If it is not on the list, scroll down the screen and select 'Something else' βœ”οΈ πŸ‘‡

Provide details of the issue and confirm with βœ”οΈ πŸ‘‡

Finally, click β€˜Report damage’ one last time; the message β€˜Thank you!’ at the bottom of the screen will confirm that the report has been received. πŸ‘‡

Please note: Reporting is a quick way to help us organize the collection of vehicles with priority for intervention and the bicycle maintenance plan. Use this feature wisely; unnecessary reports can negatively affect the availability of bikes.

The β€˜Report damage’ feature should not be used to report issues other than bike malfunctions.
