When company-level insurance is tracked in Billy’s Directory, this policy information syncs to Procore’s Company Directory. This allows you to report on global insurance with Procore’s Global Vendor Insurance canned report.

Do you want to track compliance at the company level, and not only by project? Or track blanket COIs? Now you can do this in the Directory. Click any vendor’s name to access the Company Profile Page where you can assign and track company-level documents.

On every project, the “Non-Responsive” filter in the contracts tab shows the contracts (vendors) who have not responded to the automated emails for:

Vendor information entered in Procore now automatically syncs to the Billy Directory, saving you time by reducing duplicative data entry. Click the vendor name or vendor row to view details, contacts, documents, and contracts for each of your vendors.

Centralize your vendor information in Billy! Now you can track diversity information, edit contacts, track company-level documents, and more in the Vendor Directory. Click the vendor name or vendor row to expand and view details, contacts, documents and contracts for each of your vendors.

Differentiate between projects in progress vs ones in warranty period to help prioritize tracking across different types of projects.

Your team now has the most relevant insurance information on the Insurance tab in Procore. Compliance information is updated in real time after document reviews are completed in Billy.

Do you need help troubleshooting vendor-syncing errors in your Procore projects in Billy? We hear you loud and clear! If a contract does not import successfully, you can now see which commitment statuses were selected when the project was imported. This allows you to make sure the commitment status in Procore matches the commitment statuses that are allowed to be imported into Billy.

It is now even easier to review existing coverages to see what requirements are needed for the vendor to become compliant. Coverage statuses begin as "unreviewed" and update as reviews are made so you can keep track of the vendor's progress toward compliance.
