Why can’t I log in to my Binance.US account?

This article offers steps to troubleshoot Binance.US login issues

Updated this week

If you ever encounter an issue with the ability to login to your Binance.US account, follow this guide to begin troubleshooting.

If you’re unable to login to your account, it may be due to the following reasons:

  • You entered an incorrect email address. Double-check for common typos such as ".con" instead of ".com" or incorrect capitalization.

  • You entered an incorrect password. If unsure, reset it by following the guidance in this article.

  • You failed to access or enter the code from the Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) method you set up.

  • You submitted too many login attempts. Wait 24 hours before trying again.

  • Your account may have been deleted or deactivated.

  • The account information you entered does not match existing records at Binance.US.

If you have confirmed that none of the above are the cause, please try the following:

Troubleshooting Security and Lockout Issues

  • Refresh the CAPTCHA verification page or ensure a stable internet connection if experiencing CAPTCHA-related failures.

  • Accept cookies on the login page by locating the consent section and selecting "Accept All."

  • For accounts flagged as suspicious, avoid using new devices or unusual locations that might escalate security risks.

  • If you suspect your account is locked due to repeated failed login attempts, wait 24 hours before trying again.

  • If you discover that you have been entering your login details to a suspicious URL, please reset your password immediately and start a live chat session with Customer Support.

Distinctions Between Binance.US and Binance.com

  • Binance.US and Binance.com are separate platforms; login issues on Binance.com should be directed to their dedicated support team at Binance.com Support.

  • If your account was created before September 2019, confirm whether it was established on Binance.com instead of Binance.US.

Account Dormancy, Deactivation, or Deletion

  • Accounts inactive for over three years may become dormant due to Unclaimed Property Law requirements; reactivation may require contacting support.

  • Ensure you haven't requested account deletion, as confirmed by emails like "Your delete account request has been successfully processed."

  • Clear your browser’s cache and cookies or use a private/incognito window to bypass potential caching issues.

  • Ensure your browser meets the requirements; supported browsers include Chrome, Firefox, and Safari. Additionally, ensure JavaScript, cookies, and the referer header are enabled.

  • Avoid using VPNs or public/shared Wi-Fi networks, as they may hinder login security.

  • If facing issues on the mobile app, clear its cache by navigating to Profile > Settings > Clear Cache, and then reinstall the app from the official store.

If you are still having trouble logging in, or suspect your account has been deleted or deactivated, please contact Customer Support.
