Custom questions can be beneficial when you need to collect information such as shirt sizes, dietary limitations, the registrant's affiliation with the cause—and everything in between!
This article will review how to assign your question(s) and where to find the answers. If you haven't created any custom questions, check out this article first.
When creating your custom question(s), you will select who that particular question applies to. In the example below, you'll see that I have three options: Registrant, Golfer, or Dinner Guest. In this case, I am applying my question to the Golfer:

Your Custom Questions will be displayed during the check-out process, as shown below:
Any question(s) applied to the Registrant will appear on the first check-out page (Registration).
• Please note that registrants can access/edit their registrations anytime by clicking the "View My Registration" link in their confirmation email or logging into their Registrant Dashboard if they create a login ID and password.
Where to find the answers to your Custom Question(s):
There are a couple of ways to view the answers to your Custom Questions; both start with heading to your Registrants tab:
1) Regardless of who your question(s) have been applied to, you can find the answers by clicking the edit pencil located to the far right of each registration.
Questions applied to the Registrant will appear below their Primary Information.
Questions applied to the Participant (Golfer/Attendee, etc.) can be viewed by scrolling down to the bottom of the page, where you'll find, in this case, the Golfers section at the bottom. Next, click the edit pencil to the far right of each name to access their information, including the answer to their custom question:
2) The second way to view your answers is by clicking the "Download Reports" drop-down button in your Registrants section.
If you applied your question to the Participant (Golfer in this case), the answer to your custom question will appear in the last column of the Hole Assignments Report.
If you have applied your question to the Registrant, the answer to your custom question will appear in the last column of the Full Report. Remember, these reports update in real-time as registrations come in!
