It is important to track emails and if they were delivered.
If you have not sent a message yet from our message center, check out this article.
Once a message is sent from our Message Center, BirdEase will track if it was Delivered, Opened, Blocked, Bounced, or Dropped.
To find these stats, navigate to Message Center and then Messages.
Click the three dot menu on the right of the message you want to see the stats for and click the Send/Track option.
This will list all of the emails the message was sent to and what its delivery status is. Click on the percentage blocks at the top of this tab, will filter the results of the list below.
