Once in a while there will be an event with a specific guest list, or maybe you will want to allow access to a selected group before opening your event site to the public. If this is the case, you clearly don't want those who are not on that list accessing your website and registering.
If you would like us to set your event to private, please give us a shout at either support@birdeasepro.com or call the office at 866) 468-0771.
Once we have set you event to private, head to the Publishing & Access section of the Event Manager and you'll see there is now a Private Event tab.
Here you can easily upload a CSV spreadsheet containing the invitee's First Name, Last Name and Email or enter their names & emails manually.
NOTE: Below is a screenshot of the sample CSV. If your spreadsheet is not set up exactly as below it will not upload:
Once your invitees have been added, you can publish the site (if it is not already) from the Publish tab. When a Registrant navigates to your site, they will first be required to enter their email address before they can view the site.
