BirdEase is an all-in-one event management platform, and this includes allowing your registrants to pay online through your event site.

BirdEase does not handle any funds internally on your behalf. BirdEase does not hold, manage, or delegate funds, and does not charge a fee per registrant in any way.

Rather than handling the funds internally, BirdEase offers a variety of card processing options to choose from. Visit the Payments tab of your Event Management Dashboard and click on General to see the list of options.

Other Processors We Support

Upon scrolling down in the “General” tab, a list of processing options will appear. If you already have an account with one of our integrated payment options, it’s as easy as clicking to “Use,” and providing the requested login credentials.

Processing fees are determined by the payment option you choose to connect. If you aren't sure of the processing fees associated with your payment processor, we recommend reaching out to them directly to find out their rates.

BirdEase Payments

If you’re looking to establish a new means to take payment through your BirdEase site, BirdEase Payments is a great option. BirdEase Payments allows you to apply for a merchant account under your organization. Powered by our payment partner, the card processing fee is 3.9% of the total transaction. This rate is not set or taken by BirdEase. You can choose to absorb the card processing fees, have the registrant cover it, or make it optional to allow the registrant to decide during checkout.

BirdEase Payments is a facilitator for card payment through your site. Funds will be batched daily and deposited into a bank account of your choosing, specified during setup, within 1-3 business days.
