We work with several organizations that launch their BirdEase website year after year. The great thing about this is that all of your events are kept archived in your dashboard; so when you log in, you will still have access to all of your previous events.
Quite often, we run into situations where the previous year’s Event Manager has left the organization or switched roles. In this case, a new individual generally takes over and would like to gain access to all of the past sites. As long as you have the previous Event Manager’s log in information, it is very simple to change the email and password preferences. Simply log in with their information, and you will see their email address located in the top right corner.
Updating Event Manager Email
Once logged into your BirdEase account, in the navigation click User Menu and then Profile & Account.
Change the Email input to your the new email address.
Click Update Account Information to save.
Updating Event Manager Password
Once the email has been updated, to change the password, logout and go to the login screen.
Click Forgot Password
Enter new email address and submit.
Check inbox for email to reset the password and follow the instructions within the email.
