Once we've confirmed the issue, you'll have two choices:
Free replacement — we send you the same case, same design, completely free including shipping
Different design — we set up a discount code for the value of your case so you can pick something new from our site (you'd just cover shipping)
You don't need to return the damaged case — just dispose of it responsibly.
