Our 12-month warranty covers manufacturing defects and printing issues across all our products. We stand behind the quality of our cases and accessories when they fail under normal use.
What's covered
Phone Cases
Printing issues: misprints, colour misalignment, ink chipping/peeling, fading
Manufacturing defects: cracks in plastic without impact damage, warping, loose fit, rough edges
Hardware issues: broken or detached camera ring, MagSafe magnets detaching, non-functioning case buttons
Screen & Lens Protectors
Adhesive or manufacturing defects (not sticking, cracks on arrival, defective cut-outs)
Breakage during normal use
Watch Straps
Broken or faulty clasps, peeling print, stitching defects
Fading or premature wear within 12 months
MagSafe Phone Grips/Rings
Adhesive failure, magnet detachment
Misprints or cracks in plastic
AirPods Cases
Printing issues (misprints, peeling ink)
Poor fit, cracks without misuse
Rope Lanyards
Fraying or breaking within 12 months under normal use
What's not covered
Customer damage
Drops, crushing, liquid damage, bending, or misuse
General wear and tear
Small scratches, scuffs, natural fading over time
Yellowing of clear TPU cases after 60 days β this is a known property of clear TPU material and not a defect
Installation issues
Bubbles or dust trapped under screen protectors during fitting
Phone damage
Our cases provide strong protection but cannot guarantee prevention of all phone damage
Modifications
Cases or accessories altered by customers
Accessory misuse (excessive weight on lanyards, improper grip attachment)
How to make a warranty claim
Get in touch with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll review it and if it's covered, we'll arrange a replacement. Within the first 60 days, replacement and shipping are both free. After 60 days but within 12 months, the replacement is free but you cover shipping.
